So, MySpace has kicked off the sex offenders. Will Facebook follow? It’s hard to show a lot of public sympathy for registered sex offenders—but the label is pretty broad and it doesn’t really go away. Maybe some college guy has too much to drink and goes streaking through the soccer field near campus. Maybe some kids happened to be having soccer practice at the time. Oops. So that was dumb—and he pleads guilty to whatever, because he did indeed do something dumb. He pays a fine. And he’s now a sex offender, which means ostracization. And as invitations to events and things are increassingly sent through Facebook, it means he’s likely to miss out on a lot. Now, the government could’t pass a law that says nobody is permitted to invite sex offenders to parties—but Facebook is a private company, to an extent, it can do whatever it wants.

Boy, do I ponder my thoughts on Tumblr.com each and every day… Just try to post my messages and share them with friends and family together for a unique weblogging experience that’ll blow everyone else’s mind! Remember, as I see it, it’s never too late or too early to know
why Tumblr.com is the most reliable online source for blog creation, sharing and connecting.

Anyway, please welcome me to the Tumbleverse.

Be sure to Twitt me this afternoon at http://www.slaphappy.twitter.com. I appreciate my tumbling
and sharing abilities and look forward to continued success in the decades that follow.

I am taking a day of rest and look forward to Friday’s 45th birthday festivities in three days.

You can post a YouTube video from Monday’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno on my Tumbleblog at http://www.slaphappy.tumblr.com. Watch Leno speak his mind in his opening monologue and tell
me what I think of this YouTube video.

  23. Television - Marquee Moon
  24. Suicide - First Album
  25. Radiohead - Kid A

Your turn.

Of all people, izimbra, I had to get this from you. I’m sure there’ll be a few duplicates. Likewise, these are certainly not in order.

  1. Al Green - Al Green Explores Your Mind
  2. The Black Keys - The Big Come Up
  3. Bob Dylan - Desire
  4. The National - Boxer
  5. Yeasayer- All Hours Cymbals
  6. Beirut - Gulag Orkestar
  7. Elvis Costello and the Attractions - This Year’s Model
  8. Talking Heads - Fear of Music
  9. Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (first disc only)
  10. The Rolling Stones - Between the Buttons
  11. The Velvet Underground - The Velvet Underground
  12. David Bowie - Hunky Dory
  13. Paul Simon - Graceland
  14. Fleetwood Mac - Rumours
  15. Neutral Milk Hotel - In The Aeroplane Over The Sea
  16. Spoon - Girls Can Tell
  17. The Rolling Stones - Let it Bleed
  18. Born Ruffians - Red, Yellow and Blue
  19. Girl Talk - Feed The Animals
  20. Lou Reed - Lou Reed: Rock and Roll Diary 196-1980
  21. The White Stripes - De Stijl/Elephant/Icky Thump
  22. The Modern Lovers - The Modern Lovers
  23. Andrew Bird - The Mysterious Production of Eggs
  24. The Shins - Oh, Inverted World
  25. Radiohead - OK Computer

And there’s only ten of them I don’t own on vinyl. This is impressive, mostly to me.
